How to Create Your Startup Listing in the OnlyFounders Marketplace
The Marketplace is the central hub of OnlyFounders. This is where all verified startup listings are visible to investors, service providers, and other founders. If you are a founder, this is where your project becomes visible to the right audiences.
Startups are the backbone of the OnlyFounders ecosystem. Once submitted and approved, founders can launch fundraising campaigns tied to their verified startup profile.
After completing your founder profile, you will gain access to the Marketplace. From there, click Create Startup to begin. This guide walks you through the 5-step creation process. It is fast, clear, and designed to help you get listed with zero friction.
Role Access
Only users with the Founder role can create and submit startup listings.
Investors and Service Providers can view startups but cannot submit them.
Note: Each founder can submit one startup per account.
Why You Should List Your Startup
Creating a Marketplace listing allows you to:
• Showcase your product, mission, and proof of work
• Share traction metrics and growth signals
• Build credibility with investors through public data
• Launch milestone-based fundraising campaigns
• Be discovered by verified investors and collaborators
Step 1: Basic Information
Start by entering the core details of your startup. This section includes:
• Startup name
• Logo and banner image
• Tagline and short description
• Startup stage and category
• Blockchains your product is built on
Add all relevant links to strengthen your listing:
• Website
• GitHub
• Twitter
• Telegram
• Discord
• Pitch deck
• Demo video

Step 2: Traction and Metrics
This section is designed to show real progress. You will be asked to enter:
• Waitlist signups
• Number of active partnerships
• Community size across platforms
You can also add deeper metrics such as:
• Monthly active users
• Revenue
• Retention rate
These data points help investors evaluate your growth story.

Step 3: Team Information
Show who is behind the project. For each core member, include:
• Full name
• Role or title
• Short bio
• LinkedIn and Twitter links
Teams with visible leadership and credibility are more likely to attract support.

Step 4: Roadmap
This section outlines your execution plan. You will define milestones by quarter:
• Select quarter and year
• Add milestone description such as MVP launch, audit, or token launch
Roadmaps provide visibility and accountability for future progress.

Step 5: Tokenomics
If your startup includes a token, share the token design details:
• Token name and symbol
• Total supply and initial price
• Token type such as utility or governance
• Use cases such as staking, payments, or access
• Distribution breakdown by category
If you are pre-token, you can skip this step and return later to update.

After Submission
Once submitted and verified, your startup becomes publicly listed in the OnlyFounders Marketplace.
• Verified startups receive a badge
• Investors can explore your startup page and review all listed data
• You can create milestone-based fundraising campaigns directly from your startup dashboard
• Founders can edit the listing anytime to reflect new progress, team changes, or roadmap updates
